over $11 million. And for each year employed by Perfect Look, additional
stock is given to those who have worked at least 1,000 hours a year
and are employed at the end of the year.
This ownership benefit, referred to as our Employee Stock Ownership Plan
(ESOP), gives employees ownership and substantial retirement benefits
as well.
Guaranteed Income/ Commission.
Our stylists are commissioned, but have the additional benefit of a guaranteed hourly wage. With our busy salons, many of our stylists earn well in excess of $10.00 hour plus tips. So not only can you rely on the security of a guaranteed income while establishing yourself, but you also get to enjoy the additional income of commission as your client base develops.

In addition to employee ownership, if you work an average of 30 hours per week after one year of employment, we offer an excellent cafeteria plan. Also, after one year of employment Perfect Look employees are eligible to participate in a dental plan, life insurance policy benefits, and recieve a week of paid vacation. This increases to 2 weeks after 2 years.
