Guaranteed Income/Commission.
Our stylists are commissioned, but have the additional benefit of a guaranteed hourly wage. With our busy salons and promotional expertise, many of our stylists earn in excess of $20.00 hour plus tips. So not only can you rely on the security of a guaranteed income while establishing yourself, but can enjoy the additional income of an ever increasing commission scale as your client base develops.

In addition to employee ownership, if you work an average of 30 hours per week after one year of employment, we offer an excellent benefit plan, including dental and company paid life insurance. Also, after two years of employment, Perfect Look employees are eligible to receive paid vacation or PTO.
